need to know the history of the domain name if it has ever been
registered before. Do your homework.

- Have there been multiple industries
that have used the domain?
- Has the domain ever been
blacklisted?
- Has the domain been used for porn,
gambling, hate, etc.?
- Is the domain listed in the major
search engines (Google, Yahoo! & Live.com)?
- What is the Google PageRank?
- How much traffic does the site
receive?
- Can you view the weblogs or web
stats for the last twelve months?
- What is the current customer base?
- How large is the mailing list?
- What is the daily sales/lead generation
