Tennessee Mountain Property for Sale

Since we moved our offices into town here in Winchester, Tennessee everyone needs a website redone! Our insurance agent is a participant in a mountain top development over in Monteagle, Tennessee, about 15 miles to the east.

Someone created a graphically intensive CMS (content management system) website for Eagle Bluff Estates done with code heavy JavaScript and php. Then the someone disappeared. I always enjoy hearing stories about my brother's cousin's wife's friend who knows how to make websites on the side. There must be a big hole out there somewhere beyond the Internet where all of these folks disappear when they decide they don't want to do websites anymore. (They never tell anybody. They just vanish?) It's like the Twilight Zone.

Without breaking Nelson's bank, we have reworked and simplified what was there, dumped the Java and the php. The website is online today, registered with Google and Yahoo and is ready to start generating some relevant traffic.

Real estate is tough all over at the moment, but there are lots of baby boomers looking to get out of the big city to a place that is tranquil with affordable property taxes. Here in Tennessee we call them half backs. Moved to Florida from (name of northern state) and are now coming half way back to Tennessee and surrounds. When you do, come look at Eagle Bluff Estates.

Cheers,

Ron

Solar Panel Installation Company Apex Solar

The newly redesigned Apex Solar website is online today. The previous website was programmed using a content management system in php that was not easy to edit for SEO. The website has passed TrustRank with Google but does not have a PageRank and was not generating many inquiries other than through direct referrals to the URL from ads and other listings.

We expect a major improvement in organic rankings.

We have an off grid solar cottage at our farm which is about 13 miles from your good friend Jack Daniels. Visit http://www.nealcreekfarm.com/zero-energy-home-tennessee.htm

Farrel and the good folks at Apex have over 8 years of solar energy system design and installation experience and specialize in off grid systems. They do grid tie systems also but the off grid work is more interesting.

Apex works throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico and would probably be happy to do systems in the Caribbean (or I will to the installation on those jobs provided I can take my SCUBA gear). Solar will be one of the main energy sources of the future. Do it now. Contact Apex.

Cheers,
Ron Castle
