You have (or can have) an email newsletter signup form on your website.  We have been collecting email addresses for you at no cost based on your doing an email newsletter to the list every 4-6 weeks.  We have a semi-automated way of collecting these addresses but over the course of the work day it ends up being time consuming as well as using computer resources.  If you are doing an email newsletter every 6 weeks or more often and we are doing the newsletter work, we will collect the email addresses at no cost or credit you for the most recent month's cost.  If you are not, the charge for collecting the addresses is $0.25 per name.

The US CAN-SPAM law says that you can send one unsolicited email to a person provided you make a provision for them to unsubscribe from your list.  Web contact forms include email addresses of inquirers who have not necessarily asked to be added to your list.  We can add them provided we follow the CAN-SPAM law.

We can create an information collection database that records all of the information from your contact forms and web inquiries.  This is a helpful tool for both evaluating your website conversion performance and as a follow-up list for making sure that all contact opportunities are being pursued.

Adding new content to your website is the most valuable thing you can do to earn higher search engine rankings and keep the search engine spiders and robots visiting your website frequently.  A less desirable alternative to adding new content is to date refresh all of the pages in your website and submit a new XML sitemap to Google Sitemaps and Yahoo Site Explorer.  We recommend doing this once a month.
